Location: Charlotte, NC Shift: Full-Time Days (6:00 am 2:30 pm)
Pay: $27.00/hr Weekly Direct Deposit

VHS is seeking a compassionate LPN ready to step into a full-time, high-impact day shift role supporting individuals in a residential detox setting. This is a unique opportunity to provide skilled nursing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that values integrity, accountability, and clinical excellence.
Schedule & Rotation

• 
  Core shift: 6:00 am 2:30 pm
  
• 
  Every other weekend required (EOW)
  
• 
  Typically off every other Monday and every other Friday (paired with the EOW rotation)
  

What You ll Do

• 
  Assist with nursing admissions and ongoing client monitoring
  
• 
  Administer medications and accurately maintain the MAR
  
• 
  Perform safety checks and use NCI-based de-escalation when needed
  
• 
  Communicate observations clearly to the RN and escalate concerns
  
• 
  Document vitals, behaviors, and care interventions in real time
  
• 
  Safeguard confidentiality and uphold patient rights
  

What You ll Bring

• 
  Active NC LPN license or compact multistate license
  
• 
  AHA BLS certification (required)
  
• 
  CPI or crisis prevention training (strongly preferred)
  
• 
  Experience in behavioral health, detox, or long-term care (preferred)
  
• 
  Dependability, teamwork, and strong documentation skills
