Med Surg/Telemetry Opportunity in Vermont! Spend your summer and fall in New England!

Position Details:

• Setting: Med Surg/Acute Rehab Schedule: 12 hr nights with a 36-hour guarantee.
• Patient Ratio: 1:4-5
• Average Census: 22
• EMR: Cerner
• Location Requirement: Must have own vehicle; no public transportation available
• Local travelers (within 50 miles) are not eligible
• Orientation: 8 hours non-billable

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a backup Charge RN as needed
• Deliver comprehensive patient care
• Provide education to patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold nursing standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience
• Charge RN experience required
• Previous travel experience (min. 3 months)
• Valid VT or Compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• BSN preferred
• Must be willing to float between Med Surg and Acute Rehab units

Additional Info:

• No block scheduling allowed
• RTO (max 5 days) must be submitted with application no exceptions
• 3-strike call-off policy strictly enforced
