A leading healthcare facility in Florida is currently seeking experienced Medical Technologists to join its Transfusion Services team within the Blood Bank. • 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Both shifts are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and come with full-time benefits.

What You ll Do:

• Perform laboratory analyses to support safe and timely blood transfusions

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in testing procedures

• Adhere to safety standards and documentation protocols

• Support patient care teams with clear communication of results

• Maintain equipment and instruments according to lab standards
