Medical Technologist – Microbiology/Virology Lab

Join a nationally ranked academic medical center known for innovation and excellence in diagnostic science. We re looking for two Full-Time Medical Technologists to join our collaborative Microbiology/Virology Lab team at a leading hospital in Gainesville, FL.

Location: On-site in Gainesville, FL
Schedule: Variable shifts available (including evening/night options)
Compensation: Competitive pay + Sign-On Bonus (based on experience)

• Perform routine and complex diagnostic testing in microbiology and virology, including culture, molecular, and serologic assays

• Accession specimens, operate analyzers, and ensure specimen integrity

• Collaborate with technologists, pathologists, and infectious disease teams to deliver timely, accurate results

• Support quality assurance, instrument maintenance, and lab compliance
