The Adlerian Center in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking new members for our team of helping professionals. We are a collective of healing arts professionals in private practice, offering a supportive environment for both seasoned professionals and those just starting out. Our suite includes private offices, a group room, waiting area, and essential amenities. This is a great opportunity to join an established practice in a prime location. Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Facilitate workshops and support groups as needed
• Stay updated on best practices and continuing education in mental health
• Support clients in setting and achieving personal goals
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities
• Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Less than 1 year
