Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Las Vegas, NV 
Join a dedicated team at a nationally respected Level III NICU within Sunrise Children s Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. This high-acuity facility provides 24/7 collaborative care, advanced neonatal interventions, and robust pediatric subspecialty support, creating a thriving environment for professional growth and meaningful impact.
Job Responsibilities:- Be part of a collaborative team comprising 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers (NNPs/PAs).
- Deliver patient-centered care in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60.
- Manage complex and critical neonatal cases, including Extremely Low Birth Weight (ELBW) infants.
- Utilize advanced technologies such as Neonatal ECMO, Jet and oscillatory high-frequency ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide (iNO), and Whole-body cooling for Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE).
- Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams.
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgery.
- Integrate care within a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem, including PICU, CVICU, and pediatric ER.
- Contribute to a high-performing, compassionate care model focused on innovation and outcomes.
- Board Certified in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC).
- Master s degree or higher in Nursing.
- Current APRN national specialty certification.
- Clean malpractice/license history (highly preferred).
- Nevada APN license (or willingness to obtain).
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start).
- CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start).
