Responsibilities and Duties- Conduct clinic visits to monitor laboratory testing, blood pressure, and other indicators vital to patient health.
- Oversee kidney replacement therapies as needed.
- Coordinate kidney transplant processes ensuring seamless patient care and compliance.
- Prescribe and manage medications to control blood pressure, glucose levels, swelling, and cholesterol.
- Educate patients about management options for end-stage kidney disease.

- Must be licensed in WV
- Experience in using Epic EMR systems is preferred.
