Neurology Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview

Join our collaborative neurocritical care team at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale and Herrin Hospital, where you'll work side-by-side with experienced neurointensivists and fellow APPs to deliver exceptional inpatient neurological care.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Inpatient role, M-F 8a-5p
• No call, nights, or weekends
• Opportunity to contribute to NIH Captiva Research Study
• Strong mentorship from a collegial team of Neurointensivists
• Work closely with Cardiology, ER, ICU

Training:

• Master s or bachelor s degree in physician assistant studies (CAHEA-accredited), or

• Master s degree in advanced Practice Nursing (CCNEA-accredited)

Licensure & Certifications:

• Current Illinois license as PA or APN

• Current NCCPA (PA) or AACC (APN) certification

• Illinois Controlled substance licensure
