- Start: August 1, 2025 (or ASAP after credentialing)
- Call: 1 week per month (Monday Monday, beeper call)
- Duration: Ongoing need
- Setting: Outpatient + Inpatient (both required)
- EMR: Epic
- Need to read EEG's
- No. of office/clinic patients per physician per day:- 15
- No. of hospital patients per physician per day:-3-7
- Travel and Lodging provided
- Required: EEG interpretation, Brain death exam.
- Malpractice Insurance Covered
- Board Certification in Neurology (Required)
- WA License or IMLC (Required)
- EEG reading capability (Required)
- Fellowship: Preferred
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
