Submissions Requirements
- Board Certified
- Clean history
- ACLS, BLS required
- IMLC accepted

Skill Requirements
- General anesthesia (adult required, pediatric preferred)
- Trauma anesthesia
- Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Neurosurgical (head and spine)
- Post-op epidural and extremity blocks
- Epidural steroid injections (lumbar and cervical)
- Transforaminal procedures (lumbar and cervical)
- X-ray guided blocks
- Ventilation and volume/BP management
- Central and arterial line placement
- PA catheter placement
- CRNA supervision
