NP - Hospitalist job in Charleston IL

Day Shift Hospitalist position available for a Physician to live and work in Central Illinois just an hour south of Champaign, IL.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Day shifts - 7a-7p working a 7on 7off schedule
• Avg daily census is 15 sometimes as many as 18
• Support staff of APP's and RN's
• Open ICU with Intensivists
• Procedures not required
• Can consider 2026 new grads only if they have direct ties to the area
• $345-415K with $75K sign on, $100K retention bonus, up to $15K relocation, and a comprehensive benefits package
