NP - Neonatology job in Ann Arbor MI

• Provide neonatal intensive care under physician supervision

• Attend high-risk deliveries, perform resuscitation, and stabilize newborns

• Independently conduct newborn transports between hospital systems, including NICU transfers

• Serve as consultant to administrative, nursing, and medical staff

• Lead and participate in neonatal nursing education and competency assessments

• Participate in NICU/Labor & Delivery/Mother-Baby Unit quality improvement and policy work

• Submit billing promptly for services performed

• Engage in ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or board eligible at start

• Graduation from an accredited NNP program

• Active Michigan NP license

• Minimum two years of NICU experience

• BLS and NRP certifications

• Demonstrated clinical competence and strong interpersonal skills
