Specialty accepted: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Start date or shifts: ASAP - Ongoing
Daily schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM; part-time available with minimum 3 shifts per week; full-time preferred for consistent coverage
Practice setting: Outpatient Clinic
Types of procedures: Occupational health and primary care, similar to urgent care (workers comp, acute care, flu cases, etc.)
Number of patients: Less than 30 per day; typical urgent care case load
Ages: All ages
Requirements: Board Certified, NPI, BLS, ACLS, DEA; DOT certification preferred
Additional information: Support staff includes Medical Assistant and front desk staff. Credentialing timeframe is 30 days with 2-3 days of onboarding once credentialed. Experience in urgent care and workers comp cases strongly preferred. 30-minute unpaid lunch. Supervising MD available where required. EMR is Elation.
