NP - Per Diem Family Practice Opportunity in Storm Lake, IA - September 8-19

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for September 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, & 19 at their Corporate Health clinic in Storm Lake, IA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break.
