Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care - Multiple Locations
We are seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide wound care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout Rome, Utica, Syracuse and Watertown, NY.
Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 annually + Benefits + Travel Reimbursement
Schedule: Part Time and Full Time opportunities available
Location: Nursing Homes in Rome, Utica, Syracuse and Watertown, NY
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and treatment planning
- Provide ongoing wound care management and follow-up
- Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation requirements, and best practices
- Support optimal healing outcomes for long-term care residents
Qualifications
- Active New York Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Wound Care Certification strongly preferred
- Experience working with geriatric patients and/or in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
- Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills
