We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health education, and follow-up care in clinic and teaching hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Perform procedures such as IV infusion, cardiac catheterization, and family planning services.
• Provide health coaching and education regarding preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Manage patient follow-ups through telehealth services when appropriate.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.
• Assist with patients’ durable medical equipment needs.
• Participate in continuing education and training programs to remain current with best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
• Work location: In person in Addison, TX 75001.
• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active state Nurse Practitioner license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or training in health coaching.
• Familiarity with cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Experience working in a clinic or teaching hospital setting.
