An established FQHC/community health organization providing 100% outpatient care to patients across the lifespan is looking for a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

The schedule is flexible and negotiated based on provider availability, with a mix of 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. Rotating weekends are required, but you receive a weekday off when you work a weekend.

This is a great opportunity for an FNP with primary care/community health experience who enjoys working with a diverse patient population and wants a role with schedule flexibility and no inpatient responsibilities.
