Reputable Spine, Joint, and Pain Medicine Practice practice wishes to hire an APP to work Monday - Friday. (Keywords: Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, PA, CRNP, NP, ARNP, CNP, Advanced Practice Provider)

We actually wish to hire TWO APP providers. ONE for North Dallas (just north of Plano) and ONE for Southwest Fort Worth.

If needed, a physician will teach you to do very thorough musculoskeletal evaluations, do Trigger Point Injections, Various Joint Injections, Prescribe Medical Braces, Prescribe muscle relaxers & pain medicines per CDC Guidelines, and diagnose spine conditions for procedures which a physician will do in a surgery center.

Work hours are Monday - Friday days, so NO evenings, weekends, or holiday schedules. Great quality of life opportunity.

Ideally the practice wishes to hire someone with experience that overlaps with Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, interventional pain medicine, rheumatology, neurology, Joint, or Physical Medicine. For example, candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:

* Pain Medicine / Pain Management
* Neurology
* Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
* Orthopedics
* Spine Medicine
* Rheumatology / Arthritis

The physician owner practices Evidence Based Medicine. (very procedure focused)

Will teach you, if needed:
* To give a very thorough musculoskeletal evaluation
* To evaluate spine conditions for procedures, which a physician will do
* To do Trigger Point Injections
* To do various Joint Injections
* To Prescribe Medical Braces
* To Prescribe pain medicine per CDC Guidelines

The practice will spend a lot of time training you, as there is a lot to learn. Therefore, you must be interested in learning about Musculoskeletal care. ** Helping patients deal with pain and improving their lives can be very rewarding.

As for compensation, they offer a salary based on your experience. Additionally they offer an attainable bonus, which greatly adds to your annual income. And they offer a very nice benefits package. First year, they anticipate about $140K in earnings. And as you become more experienced with our patients, your income will grow.

The work schedule is Monday - Friday days.

The office staff is well-trained to support you. Typically you will have a schedule of 25-30 pts per day. With their support team, you will have time to care of these patients and complete your notes within an 8-hour day. (Typically 15 minute follow-up pt visits, and 30 minute new pt visits, so about 2-4 pt visits per hour)
