Overview
Unified Women's Healthcare, the nation's leading platform for women's health, is seeking a Board?Certified or Board?Eligible OB?Gyn for our affiliated practice in beautiful Orlando, Florida.
Located just south of downtown Orlando, this well?established and collegial practice offers a physician?focused culture and low call burden. All hospital?based care is performed exclusively at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, one of the most advanced women's hospitals in the country.
Position Highlights
Call Schedule: Only 4?5 days per month, mostly from home
No hospital ED call ? triage and acute care handled by hospital staff
Average 15?20 deliveries/month
4.5?day workweek, with every 3rd Friday off and half days every Friday
Patient volume: 15?20 patients/day
Team of 2 physicians, with a 3rd joining in 2026
Winnie Palmer Hospital: 24/7 in?house specialists, residents, and anesthesia just steps from the office
Single office location ? no commuting between sites
Warm, nurturing approach to patient care based on best practices and accessibility
Ideal for a new grad seeking mentorship in a high?quality, balanced setting

$60,000 Sign?On/Retention Bonus
