Franciscan Health offers compassionate, personalized care for mothers and babies throughout pregnancy and beyond. At the Family Birth Center in Franciscan Health Mooresville, Morgan County residents have access to state-of-the-art technology designed to make their hospital stay as peaceful and comfortable as possible. Patients collaborate with their obstetricians to create a customized birth plan, choosing preferences for medication, delivery room setup, and available specialty services. The center offers a wide range of support, including prenatal education, NICU access, breastfeeding assistance, doula-friendly care, and even prenatal massage therapy. Notably, the Mooresville location has earned Safe Sleep Silver level recognition, emphasizing its commitment to infant safety and quality care.

Mooresville, Indiana, is located just 25 minutes southwest of downtown Indianapolis. With a population of approximately 9,608, it offers residents a sparse suburban feel. The town boasts an excellent school system, making it an ideal place for families. Mooresville's proximity to major transportation hubs is a significant advantage; it's only 8.4 miles from Indianapolis International Airport and the town is served by Indiana State Road 67, providing convenient access to nearby interstates and cities. Typical Schedule

- Will finalize closer to opening

  • MHAS Providers in clinic M-T, 8a-5p, and on-call after hours. Fridays are 8a-12p in clinic and on-call after hours.
  • Only on call Saturday and Sunday.
