• Coverage: ASAP-ongoing

• The 2 options are:

  Ambulatory/Clinic Only 8A - 4P

  Full Scope Generalist/Clinic and Call : 7a to 7a

  Rounding from 7a to 9a, start clinic 9a to 4p then sign out to laborist and be on pager call until 7a.

• EMR: Cerner
• Active IN license or IMLC required
• Must be Board Certified
