Location: 3 Hours East of Portland
Duration: April 2025 June 2025 (potential to extend)
Reason for coverage: provider out on leave
Schedule: Monday Friday 7.30a-4p (4-5 days per week) 2-4 weeks per month
Call: evening / 24-hr weekend call
Patient volume: 18-25 patients per day
Scope: 100% outpatient OB, mix of pre/post-natal visits, women s health, outpatient gyn procedures (no VBac)
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: level 3 trauma center
Group has no midwives, they have a partnership with local MFM s to assist with high risk deliveries. Will ship out at whatever gestational age provider is uncomfortable with (please provide gestational delivery age range on submission)
Group/support: provider has designated MA assigned in clinic
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified with Missouri license (hold BLS/ACLS/PALS)
