About the Opportunity A mission-driven women s health clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA) to join its dedicated and collaborative care team. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule with the flexibility of a four-day workweek option and the opportunity to deliver inclusive, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of gynecologic and obstetric services.
Compensation & Benefits - Salary Range: $120,000 $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities - Provide full-scope gynecologic and obstetric care for patients of all ages
- Conduct annual wellness exams, contraceptive counseling, and fertility assessments
- Manage prenatal and postnatal care in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions using evidence-based practices
- Support patients through transitional life stages including menopause
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EHR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical development opportunities
Qualifications - Active Arizona license as a Physician Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based PA program
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in OBGYN or women s health
- Demonstrated competency in both gynecologic and obstetric care
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
- Preferred: Spanish language proficiency (not required)
