Fusion Healthcare is leading a national search for an Ob-Gyn physician on behalf of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Indiana.

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Valid Indiana Medical License or the ability to obtain a license prior to start
