Medical Oncology, Locums Physician - Illinois, No Call or Weekends

Outpatient-focused oncology assignment in Illinois; no weekends or call, with consistent weekday shifts.

Practice Setting

• New oncology program within an established hospital system
• Primarily outpatient clinic with some inpatient rounding and consults
• EPIC EMR
• Support from 1 in-practice APP

Schedule

• Monday to Friday only
• Shifts start at 7:30 a.m.; expect 8 to 12 hours per day
• PRN medical oncologist on-site one week/month

Cases and Procedures

• Outpatient consults, admissions, follow-ups
• Inpatient rounding and coordination with APP
• Multidisciplinary cancer team collaboration

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years) in Medical Oncology
• Illinois license, ACLS, and CSR required
