Oncology - Radiation Physician

Need one locum to work working clinic and call starting in Sept 1.- $300 Hourly

We can take someone willing to work 2 weeks. specifically, the last 2 weeks of each month. Call will vary depending on vacation coverage needs

Schedule/Shift Times:

• Day shifts typically: Monday- Friday: 7:30-4pm
• Night call: 4pm -10pm
• Saturday and Sunday Call 8am 8pm
• Weekend call mainly 12hr shift 8a-8p
• 24hr weekend call 8a-8a

We now need 1 additional locum to provide 1 week of coverage ongoing for the following weeks:

10/27-31 (potential need for weekend 12hr call)
11/17 - 21 (potential need for weekend 12hr call)
12/15-19 (potential need for weekend 12hr call)
1/19 - 23 (potential need for weekend 12hr call)

Submission Requirements:

1. Active Board Certification: REQUIRED
2. Active PA State License: REQUIRED
3. Active BLS, ACLS: REQUIRED

Position Details:

Comprehensive radiation oncology treatment and cancer care services, including:

Cancer patient and caregiver support groups
Nutritional counseling and support services
Patient education resources
Patient support groups/psychosocial counseling
Radiation therapies and services including:

Intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT)
Image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT)
On-Board Imager (OBI)
Stereotactic Radiation Therapy (SRS & SBRT)
RapidArc
Respiratory gating
HDR
Symptom/side effects management
