• Department Description: Ortho, peds (low acuity only), trauma (Level II Facility), neuro, plastics, OB, general surg, ENT, endoscopies, a lot of total joints, urology/cystos - no transplants, Physicians do the blocks and all cardiac cases

Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks
