Join a thriving, independent health system in Southern Missouri, just over an hour from St. Louis, as a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a highly respected, well-established orthopedic program within a 250+ provider network.
Position Highlights:- Team-Based Excellence: Collaborate with a dedicated team of 7 orthopedic surgeons and 4 experienced Advanced Practice Providers.
- Outstanding Lifestyle: Minimal call (2-3 nights/month) at a single hospital ensures work-life balance.
- Top-Tier Compensation:
- Guaranteed base salary of $750,000+
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- Student loan repayment up to $42,000 annually
