Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $130,000 $160,000 annually
  • Bonus Structure: RVU-based incentive bonus (all current APPs are bonus-eligible)

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our highly regarded orthopedic team in Sun City, AZ, with a subspecialty focus on shoulder and elbow care. Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a clinically confident, compassionate APP with orthopedic experience ideally with a focus on shoulder and elbow conditions. You enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, value precision and efficiency, and take a proactive, patient-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with shoulder and elbow orthopedic conditions
  • Perform detailed histories, physical exams, and order appropriate imaging or diagnostics
  • Manage pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up care
  • Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment plans, and recovery expectations
  • Partner closely with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR
  • Participate in limited on-call coverage and support ongoing clinic operations
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Physician Assistant program (Puerto Rico programs not eligible)
  • Active, unrestricted Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Board certification as PA (NCCPA)
  • Minimum of 1 2 years of orthopedic experience, preferably focused on shoulder and elbow
  • RNFA certification preferred
  • Current BLS certification required
