ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

The Doctors Clinic is currently seeking a BE/BC otolaryngologist to join our team of healthcare professionals at our Salmon Medical Center in Silverdale, Washington. This partnership opportunity is open due to retirement.

Enjoy a Monday through Friday general ENT outpatient practice seeing all ages. Each physician is supported by 2 MA/back office assistants and have direct access to 2 audiologists and 2 sound booths. Guaranteed 1 OR day a week that takes place just 1 block away at the new state of the art St. Michael Medical Center. Evening phone call for TDC patients is 1:2, and shared hospital call is 1:4, scheduled a week at a time.

There is a great need for ENT services in the community and a physician can expect to grow a robust practice quickly!

Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act

The salary range for this position is $450,000 to $500,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant s education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic s compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant.

Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based on full time employment for assigned job classification/description, and complies with current PSA agreement.
