Position Highlights
- Full-time, outpatient only (Monday Friday, 40 hours/week)
- Immediate patient base with strong referral volume
- Team-based approach with no APP oversight responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $400,000+, RVU-based bonus model tied to patient journey completion
- Potential upward compensation of $700K

Candidate Profile
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- MD/DO with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
- Must live within 20 miles of assigned practice location
- Recent graduates (2020 and later) encouraged to apply
- Visa sponsorship is not available
