Schedule: Full-Time Flexible Hours Autonomy-Driven
Compensation: Productivity-Based $17 per RVU

• Provide pain management services across a network of post-acute care facilities.

• Manage chronic and acute pain conditions using best practices in pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment.

• Collaborate with on-site teams, residents, and families to deliver thoughtful, coordinated care.

• Maintain documentation and billing through efficient EMR systems

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with facility staff and patients.

• A licensed Physician Assistant in the state of Florida (or eligible for licensure).

• Experienced in pain management, geriatrics, or post-acute/long-term care preferred.

• Enterprising, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

• Exceptional communicator with a warm, professional bedside manner.

• Organized and efficient capable of managing your own flexible schedule with attention to both care quality and productivity.

• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and medically complex patients.
