Our goal is the accurate diagnosis and treatment of pain conditions using spinal injections, neuromodulation, vertebral augmentation, regenerative medicine, radiofrequency ablation, and percutaneous spine procedures. POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join our experienced team in a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate is passionate about interventional pain management and committed to delivering high-quality care using state-of-the-art techniques and technologies. You will work closely with advanced practice providers in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of chronic and acute pain conditions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct comprehensive pain assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform fluoroscopically guided spinal procedures such as:
  • Epidural steroid injections
  • Facet joint injections
  • Radiofrequency ablation
  • Sacroiliac joint injections
  • Spinal cord stimulation trials and implants
• Administer advanced regenerative medicine therapies, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow concentrate (BMC) injections under ultrasound or fluoroscopic guidance
• Interpret and oversee electrodiagnostic testing performed by a certified nerve conduction technologist
• Collaborate with physical therapists, behavioral health providers, and referring physicians to provide integrated care
• Educate patients on treatment options, post-procedural care, and lifestyle modifications for pain management
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and clinical innovation initiatives within the practice

QUALIFICATIONS/ATTRIBUTES:

• Training and experience in Interventional Pain Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Board certification in Pain Medicine or related field
• Experience with minimally invasive procedures for pain relief
• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
