Practice Highlights

• Patient Volume: patients per day across two clinics.
• Comprehensive Pediatric Dentistry: Preventive and restorative care, interceptive orthodontics, Invisalign, and in-office general anesthesia.
• Facilities & Technology:
• 7 treatment suites (2 closed operatories, 5 hygiene/ortho chairs).
• Digital X-ray, Itero scanners, Solea laser, on-site lab, sterile processing.
• Comfortable, modern treatment spaces.
• Team Culture: Experienced, long-tenured front office and expanded-function dental assistants. Supportive, family-like atmosphere with a lighthearted, team-based approach.
• Schedule: 4-day workweek (Monday Thursday or Tuesday Friday), 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. with 1-hour lunch.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Guarantee: $1,200/day or % of net collections (commensurate with experience).
• Sign-On Bonus/Relocation: $35,000.
• Health Benefits: Full coverage provided.
• Vacation: 20 PTO days + 5 CME days + national holidays.
• CME Allowance: Up to $2,500 annually.
• Retirement: 401(k) with 4% employer match.
