• 24-hour call coverage, 7 am - 7 am
• Pediatric census 0 - 1 per day nursery census 4 - 6 per day
• Approximately 4 deliveries per weekend
• Level I nursery facility
• Attendance at C-sections and deliveries required
• Stabilization for transport among required procedures
• Ongoing sporadic coverage needs
• NRP and PALS certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
