• 7-day block scheduling 7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am shifts
• 3 - 10 patients per day on general pediatric ward
• 20 - 30 births monthly assist with complicated cases only
• Level 1 newborn care facility for low-risk cases
• Inpatient care transfers available for higher acuity cases
• NRP and PALS certification required
• Coverage needed for multiple week-long blocks
