The patient is 24 years old, with a g-tube and trach. He is non-mobile/non-verbal and requires total assist for ADLs. Given his age and size, he requires a hoyer lift or a two person assist for transferring. The patient is seriously the coolest. He is a serious family man. He loves to be right in the middle of everything. He is a big comedian and loves his sitcoms and comedy movies. He's a big sports fan as well. Especially football! He lives at home with mom, dad, and 10 brothers and sisters. He also has multiple pets in the home (cats & dogs).
