Position Overview
The Lehigh Valley Reilly Children's Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Ophthalmologist to add to its growing section in the Division of Pediatric Surgical Specialties. As part of the Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) and Jefferson Health, this position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape pediatric ophthalmologic care in eastern Pennsylvania. Candidates will have abundant opportunities to research and grow alongside our team of trusted and talented group. The candidate must have subspecialty certification from the American Board of Ophthalmology in pediatric ophthalmology or be on a path to this certification.

- Full service children's hospital serving a region of 2.6 million people.
- Dedicated pediatric facilities : Children's ER, PICU, Level IV NICU, and 112 inpatient beds.
- Robust medical and surgical residency programs including General Surgery, ENT, Vascular, and Pediatrics.
- Network dedicated to Quality and Safety, participating in Pediatric NSQIP and pursuing ACS verification.
- A dedicated Children's Surgery Center for outpatient surgery.

- Exceptional earning potential
- Salary between $475,000 and $550,000 plus a high value incentive opportunity.
- No compensation at risk based on wRVU productivity.
- Up to $30,000 Forgivable Recruitment Loan.
- Additional compensation support available for those who sign while in post graduate training, equivalent to $2,500 per month while in training.

Qualifications
- A network champion for Ophthalmology and a passion for the clinical work
- Fellowship trained pediatric ophthalmologist
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
- A valid PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
