Pediatric - Surgery Physician

Coverage Needed:

• ASAP - Ongoing
• 12/23 - 12/29
• Additional dates to follow
• Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
• 24/7 unrestricted call coverage with a 30-minute response time and daily in-house rounding

Clinical Details:

• EMR: Cerner
• Will cover trauma
• Will see patients in the clinic and take call while covering the clinic
• Level 1 Trauma Facility

Requirements:

• Board Certified Pediatric Surgery
• Active AZ license or an active IMLC
• AZ DEA
• ACLS, ABLS, PALS/APLS
