Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital (MWPH), a joint affiliate of the University of Maryland Medical System and Johns Hopkins Medicine, is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Pediatrician to join our dedicated care team with at least 5 years of clinical experience in Baltimore, MD.

What We Offer
AT MWPH, our pediatricians are part of a collaborative team caring for children with a wide range of complex needs through a family centered approach, including btu not limited to:
- Feeding and nutrition support oral and tube feeding, TPN/IL therapy, GERD management
- Respiratory care oxygen dependence, BiPAP/CPAP, tracheostomy and ventilator management/training
- Infusion and medication management IV antibiotics, infusion therapy, medication adjustments, chelation therapy for lead poisoning
- Cardiac and pulmonary care pre- and post-surgical monitoring, pulmonary hypertension management
- Comprehensive support for NICU graduates and children with congenital malformations
- Pain and palliative care focused on quality of life
- Family-centered services care coordination, discharge planning, community provider scheduling, and overnight accommodations for parents
MWPH is accredited by the Joint Commission and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), with distinction for our Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation and Pediatric Specialty Programs.
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Pediatrician with at least 5 years of post-pediatric residency experience
- Subspecialty experience or training is a plus (e.g., pulmonology, gastroenterology, complex care)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; approachable, team-oriented, and family-focused
- Commitment to caring for children with high-acuity and chronic medical needs

Additional Information:
Compensation: $225,000-$240,000 annual salary. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate s experience, training, and qualifications.
