Seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join a large, well-established multi-specialty group in Central New York within a short drive to New York City and Boston. This full-time outpatient position offers office hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with the option of a four 10-hour day workweek. After-hours call is 1:6 on weeknights and weekends, providing backup to in-hospital APCs. Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000, and a No Earnings Cap Incentive Plan! Visa Candidates Welcome
Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000. Option of a four 10-hour day workweek. Base Salary Range $260-$300K. An incentive plan with no earnings cap Performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside within the first year. Excellent sub-specialty access, and convenient e-consults option. The pediatric inpatient service and Birthing Center are staffed by APCs 24/7/365 along with a daytime Hospitalist Hospital Employee, Outpatient with call. Community is located a short drive to New York City and Boston, Massachusetts Telephone Consultation with 1:6 Call Ratio. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available.
