Compensation: $100,000 $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview A long-established and well-respected pediatric clinic in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join its growing care team. Responsibilities - Provide well-child exams, physicals, and preventive screenings
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Administer and track immunizations in accordance with AAP guidelines
- Provide developmental, nutritional, and family health counseling
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Coordinate care with on-site pediatricians and other clinical staff
- Document all patient encounters accurately in the EHR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities
Qualifications Required:
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based PA program (Puerto Rico programs not eligible)
- Active Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certified PA with 2 3 years of pediatric experience
- Current BLS certification
Preferred:
- PALS certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus, not required)
- Commitment to family-centered, culturally sensitive care
