Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday No Weekends, No Call

Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Clinic

Compensation: $100,000 $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Bonus Structure: Performance-based collections incentive

A long-established and well-respected pediatric clinic in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join its growing care team. This mission-driven role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse pediatric population all within a predictable weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call.

• Monday Friday schedule (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
• No weekends, holidays, or after-hours call
• Established pediatric clinic with a strong local reputation

Base Salary: $100,000 $140,000 annually (based on experience)

• Provide well-child exams, physicals, and preventive screenings
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Administer and track immunizations in accordance with AAP guidelines
• Provide developmental, nutritional, and family health counseling
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Coordinate care with on-site pediatricians and other clinical staff
• Document all patient encounters accurately in the EHR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based PA program (Puerto Rico programs not eligible)
• Active Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certified PA with 2 3 years of pediatric experience
• Current BLS certification

Preferred:

• PALS certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus, not required)
• Commitment to family-centered, culturally sensitive care
