Compensation: $100,000 $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

A long-established and well-respected pediatric clinic in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join its growing care team. Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000 $140,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Provide well-child exams, physicals, and preventive screenings
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
  • Administer and track immunizations in accordance with AAP guidelines
  • Provide developmental, nutritional, and family health counseling
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
  • Coordinate care with on-site pediatricians and other clinical staff
  • Document all patient encounters accurately in the EHR
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities
Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based PA program (Puerto Rico programs not eligible)
  • Active Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certified PA with 2 3 years of pediatric experience
  • Current BLS certification

Preferred:

  • PALS certification
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus, not required)
  • Commitment to family-centered, culturally sensitive care
