The Role
Is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, leading the development of the pharmacy staff, and ensuring compliance with inventory, security, and system protocols. This sales-oriented individual should be enthusiastic about a fast paced environment and great working conditions.
Previous experience is required however we will provide you with industry standard quality training and head office support. We offer a fantastic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Growing and leading a team of pharmacists and assistants
- Build and implement systems and processes for the pharmacy
- Collaboration with prescribing doctors to optimize patient outcomes
- Attend clinic/pharmacy meetings to communicate stock availability
- Educating and consulting with your patients
- Dispensing medications
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Ensuring compliance with pharmacy guidelines
- Stock ordering and management, ensuring balances are checked and correct
- Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- APHRA registration to practice as a Pharmacist (with no restrictions) in Australia
- Experience working as a Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy manager in a fast paced environment
- Experience receiving, processing orders, dispensing S4/S8 medications
- Proficiency with Z Software is viewed favorably
- Ability to be trained up on new pharmacy related software to improve efficiencies
