Pharmacist

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team. We’re looking for a NZ qualified Pharmacist who is detail-focused, thrives on enhancing our community health needs and willing to be involved in new services we can offer the public. If you’re passionate about community pharmacy and the well-being of your patients this could be the perfect role for you! You will be support and work alongside a vibrant team.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical and Final check on dispensed medications, ensuring patients receive correct medication/dosage.
• Provide exceptional patient care, advice and counselling on drug interactions and side effects.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with new medications, services and developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and other team members.

Qualifications:

• NZ Bachelor degree in B-Pharm or equivalent
• Current and up-to-date APC from NZ Pharmacy Council.
• Vaccinations qualification an advantage but not essential
• Toniq knowledge and experience preferred
