We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP The Mount, on a fixed term contract. HMP The Mount is a category C Prison located in Hemel Hempstead, the site supports around 1000 male patients aged 21 plus. Within this role you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team who deliver Primary, Substance Misuse and Mental Health care. You will work within a job share position delivering clinical screening, medication reviews, attending and sometimes facilitating safer prescribing meetings. You may also be involved in the future plans for Pharmacist lead clinics.

 This role requires clinical experience, and would suit an applicant who has an independent prescriber qualification. 

Hours

20 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

 Salary

This position is part time working 20 hours per week, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £52,000 per annum FTE depending on experience
