A full-time Pharmacist / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) is needed at a small critical access hospital which comes with an attractive 4 or 5 day work week (your choice) and no weekends are required. This independent role allows you to shape pharmacy services while enjoying strong organizational support and telepharmacy coverage after hours. Focus is on inpatient and ER care, with competitive compensation range of $145K-$185K, full benefits, and negotiable sign-on and relocation support.
Candidates must hold or be eligible for Washington licensure with a Bachelor's in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred). Post-degree inpatient experience is required, though retail experience may be considered if combined with inpatient hospital exposure. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in a small, collaborative environment.
