Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents with speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with facility staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:- Active SLP license in the state of practice (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs preferred, CFs considered at select locations
- SNF experience a plus, but not required
