Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Experience

Requirements:
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of IL.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or similar long-term care setting preferred.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
