A facility located two-hours from Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team!

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 / hourly

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position
  
• Monday Friday, flexible hours
  
• NO weekends
  
• Setting: home health
  
• Mileage reimbursement
  
• The physical therapist will make 2 6 visits per day
  

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy
  
• Licensed Physical Therapist
  
• Open to new graduates
