What You'll Do: Assess & Plan: Partner with physicians and patients to create customized treatment plans that align with their goals.
Deliver Exceptional Care: Implement targeted therapy interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent complications.
Educate & Empower: Provide patients and their families with the knowledge and resources needed for continued success.
Document & Adapt: Maintain accurate records and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
Lead with Compassion: Foster a positive, encouraging, and collaborative rehabilitation environment.
Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
Licenses & Certifications: Physical Therapist license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
Experience: Relevant experience in physical therapy is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication skills.
Customer service orientation.
Team collaboration abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
